It depends! Some take less than an hour, and others can take up to 3 hours. The complexity is factored into the overall price!
I use Crayola Sidewalk Chalk as my base and then layer a variety of soft pastels to add shading.
I set prices based on the type of character, time, and materials. I have flat rates that can be viewed above.
